CALL FOR PRESENTERS
After a few setbacks and challenges Loving More® is excited to be producing the sixth annual Poly Living Conference February 4-6, 2011, in Philadelphia, PA.
We are currently exploring different keynote speaker possibilities. We are also looking for Saturday night extras such as Cuddle Parties or other similar offerings. With registration just beginning only we are ready to get this conference going.
Of course, a great keynote speaker and opening reception are only the beginning. A great conference requires finding the best presenters and presentations possible! We could not do any of this without all the wonderful presenters and facilitators who put so much love and effort into amazing workshops and playshops. The presenters and facilitators are what really bring Poly Living together and make the conference the awesome experience and educational opportunity that it is each year.
We would like to invite you to submit your presentation for consideration for Poly Living 2011.
Completed submissions (including the presentation form, attached) must be in our office by midnight November 1, 2010. Final selection of presentations will be done by and announced on November 30, 2010.
Please make sure that you include; Full Name, contact information including address, phone number and email, that Presentation Synopsis is no longer than 220 words and Biography is no longer than 225 words. Submissions longer than the limits given will be edited down at the discretion of the Loving More Staff.
If you need ideas for some potential presentation topics, you will find below a list of the kinds of presentations we are seeking. Keep in mind that the list is just suggestions and we welcome new ideas and submissions that fit with a polyamory focused conference.
Presenters attend the conference at a reduced charge of $125 ($112 for Loving More Members). If you are presenting with another person or persons only one presenter may receive the discount, the others pay early registration price.
We expect to have more wonderful presentations submitted than we have openings (we need 15-18 presentations), so please understand that a completed application does not guarantee presenter status. However, both co-presenters and applicants not selected to present will be offered the early registration price as long as they register no later than December 15, 2010.
